NYPD identifies person of interest in Bronx Sexual assault

 

 

 

 

The New York City police have successfully identified an individual who is of interest in relation to a widely circulated video depicting a potential sexual assault incident that occurred in the Bronx. The police report has verified that a sexual assault occurred in the vicinity of East 152nd Street and 3rd Avenue on May 1 at approximately 3 a.m. The woman, aged 45, was pursued by an individual who proceeded to loop a belt around her neck, resulting in her losing consciousness. The individual proceeded to pull her behind a vehicle and commit a sexual assault against the victim, as stated by authorities. The individual subsequently escaped by running towards Melrose Avenue on foot. On Thursday night, law enforcement authorities disseminated surveillance pictures of the individual they are currently seeking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 he individual responsible for the incident has been identified by the police as Kashaan Parks, a 39-year-old man. However, authorities have not apprehended him at this time. The woman involved in the incident was promptly taken to NYC Health  and is currently in a stable condition. It has been determined by the police that the victim and the assailant were acquainted with each other.

 

 

The individual is thought to be approximately 5 feet 9 inches in height, and was recently observed donning a dark sweatshirt featuring the word "GAP" on the front, white sweatpants, and sneakers in black, red, and white colors.
 

Teens wanted for anti lgbtq attack on men in Queens

 

Queens authorities are currently conducting an investigation to locate a group of teenagers who are believed to have assaulted two individuals in what is suspected to be a hate crime. The pair of gentlemen strolled along Broadway close to 33rd Street on the evening of Wednesday, February 28, at approximately 7:30 p.m. when a group of four individuals in their mid-teens began hurling objects in their direction. The individuals stated that the collective was shouting derogatory remarks against the LGBTQIA+ community. Subsequently, a member from the group proceeded to repeatedly strike one of the victims, who was 36 years old, in the face. He experienced swelling and bruising during the assault. All of the assailants were characterized as having a fair complexion.

Teen killed in SoHo

 

The tragic shooting of a 16-year-old boy in SoHo on Tuesday has left the community in Brooklyn devastated and filled with sorrow. A candlelit memorial stands in the breezeway of the Rutland Road Houses in East Flatbush, paying tribute to a young life tragically taken by gunfire. Makhi Brown, who was commonly referred to as "Kai" by his friends and neighbors, tragically passed away on Tuesday near a school in SoHo. He lost his life when an unidentified teenager shot him in the head and quickly escaped on a Citi Bike. Ramel Williams, the neighbor, informed reporters that he played a significant role in the upbringing of the talented 16-year-old who showcased exceptional skills on the basketball court. "He loved everybody. He's passionate. He has a good heart and that's what you need in life -- a good heart. He wasn't one of those hard head, fancy kids," Williams said. Investigators reported that on Tuesday afternoon, a group of boys intervened to stop a fight between two groups of girls in a walkway linking Spring Street and Dominick Street. Tragically, the altercation ended in gunfire, resulting in the death of a teenager from Flatbush. The investigation into Brown's murderer remains ongoing; however, in Brooklyn, a close-knit group of friends and neighbors rallied together to provide solace to a sorrowful woman who tragically lost her sole son mere days prior to Mother's Day.
